Gary Forney of Punk'N first met Bob Everhart at Everhart's Avoca Iowa "Performers- Pay-to-Play" Festival in August 2000. Gary Forney was being filming for the acclaimed PBS documentary "Off The Charts The Song Poem Story", so at the time Everhart welcomed Gary.
In 2001, Gary attempted to return to perform at Everhart's Festival. Bob Everhart asked Gary where Gary's movie crew was. When Gary said he didn't bring one, [ actually Gary was filming in secret ] Everhart refused to speak to Gary the rest of the festival, and gave Gary the worst slots Everhart had. Gary finally left in disgust after being constantly harrassed at the festival. It was the last time Gary Forney appeared.

Gondo of Geneva, Ill.
Gondo! Worst band anywhere. The frontman just gets drunk and heckles any band better than Gondo, and that means every band. Gondo is the worst band I have ever heard, and I have heard some bad bands. Gondo fails to even understand what music and professionalism are! I met them once, and pray I never will have to listen to this no-talent band again ever!
